Six members for Brunson 10
01 April 2010

The Brunson 10 team of hand-picked young poker players now has six members after leading online casino DoylesRoom.com announced the inclusion of 24-year-old Steve ‘gboro780’ Gross.
Every member of the team has been selected by American poker legend Doyle Brunson and tasked with representing DoylesRoom.com at leading tournaments around the world.
Gross joins fellow sponsored players Chris ‘Moorman1’ Moorman, Dani ‘ansky451’ Stern, Alex ‘AJKHoosier1’ Kamberis, Amit ‘amak316’ Makhija and Zachary Clark and will also play online at DoylesRoom.com.
The New Jersey native has earned $4.5 million online over the course of his career and has won the prestigious Sunday $109 buy-in with re-buys tournament at PokerStars.com numerous times. He has also triumphed twice at AbsolutePoker.com’s $150,000 guarantee event while staking some impressive live results as well.
In the non-virtual world, he made an appearance at the final table of the $1,000 buy-in with re-buys event at the 2008 World Series Of Poker before crashing out in ninth spot and also finished in sixth at the 2008 US Poker Championship in Atlantic City.
However, probably his largest land-based tournament win came in January when he triumphed at the $5,000 buy-in six-handed side event at PokerStars.com’s Caribbean Adventure to walk away with $135,970.
“Steve’s record speaks for itself,” said legendary poker player Doyle Brunson.
“The kid is unbelievable.”
