Our client, one of the major players in the online betting and gaming industry, is looking for both a Senior Fraud Operations Manager and a Payments Solutions Manager to come on board and join their ever expanding team. The company has gone from strength to strength over the past few years and has become one of the dominant forces in the industry. Fraud and Payment Solutions are major problems within the industry at the moment and this company wants to bring on board even more top professionals in this sphere to ensure they stay at the top of the industry in the market. With the payment processing problems in North America and across Europe, such as Norway, specialists are needed to tackle with these problems as well as the constant threat of Fraudulent activity which has seen a significant rise in the past 5 years,
Main Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the company’s operational risk strategy pertaining to the payment processing function and optimising the balance between efficiency, maximizing deposit growth and minimizing actual and potential fraud.
· You will be responsible for maintaining service levels relating to fraud operations function, this includes but not limited to overdue withdrawals, age of withdrawal queues
· Develop and implement process and procedures to mitigate fraud and financial loss relating to payment processing activities.
· Work with in-house legal to determine the viability of any proposed processing and ensure its compliance with internal standards and requirements
· Compare solutions which are available with competitors and highlight gaps and areas of improvements as needed
· In combination with other Security team and payments department, the position will be responsible for the Credit Card Chargeback ratio’s ensuring that company operates within the thresholds set out by Visa and Mastercard.
· In co-ordination with Security manager implement and report on anti Money Laundering procedures ensuring compliance with requirements set out by the relevant gaming commission.
You must have at least 4 years experience in a fraud and payments management position within the online betting and gaming environment. Project management is an important part of this role and you will need to be organised and be able to communicate efficiently to ensure projects and tasks are completed successfully. You will be working closely with many departments throughout the company including Security, Business Intelligence, IT department specifically project management, customer services, affiliate and Finance departments.
