An excellent opportunity to work for an industry leader, our client is looking to recruit a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to develop and maintain the global affiliate strategy, monitor all affiliate activities and the affiliate market, negotiate new and existing deals with affiliates and to ensure that all affiliate activities in a country are aligned with the overall global and local marketing approaches.
 
You will take responsibility for managing a team of affiliate account managers, developing and implementing processes for activating and re-activating affiliates and ensuring full optimisation of the affiliate program. Working closely with product managers to establish requirements for the affiliate program and also with the creative teams on affiliate banners and other related marketing material. You will have full responsibility for managing spend within budgets and ultimately for maximising return on investment.

You must be a strategic and commercial thinker with good judgement and problem solving skills. An individual who can demonstrate strong leadership with a background having previously managed a team is essential.
