New Chief Operating Officer for NYX

Leading gaming software developer NYX Interactive has announced the appointment of David Flynn as its new Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for managing and growing its day-to-day business.

Flynn joins after spending three years with leading online games software developer Microgaming as its Head Of Operations with Stockholm-based NYX Interactive stating that the appointment was a ‘strategic hire’ for the company.

Isle Of Man-licensed NYX Interactive has an established technology platform powering Svenska Spel, La Francaise Des Jeux, Bonnier Gaming and Betsson and revealed that Flynn would also work with Chief Executive Officer Staffan Lindgren to shape the firm’s strategic direction.

“I am extremely happy to have joined the NYX Interactive team,” said Flynn.

“NYX’ solutions, products and staff are beyond doubt one of the most flexible in the industry, empowering its customers with real-time marketing and brand solutions to increase player lifetime values across its spectrum of products.

“NYX’ ability to work across all sectors of the gaming industry from WLAs, publicly-traded companies and private alike, highlights the flexibility of the software and the organisation.

“I have been so impressed with its client portfolio, its products, the way that NYX has solved the future challenges for operators with its technology and the company’s expansion. I just felt that this is a fantastic opportunity.”

Before joining Microgaming, Flynn served as Vice-President and Director for the Ongame Network and was also the European Operations Manager for Paris-based Vision IQ.

“David joining us is part of our expansion plans to become the dominant player in the platform and services sector,” said Lindgren.

“His service ethic coupled with experience across all gaming verticals makes him an excellent fit for our future growth.”
