Leading electronic scratchcard provider NeoGames International Limited has introduced a new mobile gaming platform for the UK market featuring ten of its existing portfolio’s most popular titles.

Malta-based NeoGames stated that its new mobile scratchcard platform is currently supported by over 100 handsets including models from Nokia, Samsung and Sony Ericson.

“This is an exciting time for NeoGames as we venture into the future of gaming,” said Shay Joseph, Managing Director for NeoGames.

“By creating the mobile application, scratchcards can now be played anytime, anywhere including on the train, at the bus stop or even at the checkout in the supermarket.”

The new platform features a unique horizontal scrolling menu, which dynamically holds all the functions and changes according to their required actions. In addition, the new development supports regular applications including cashier, registration, cash-out, history and player promotion.

“This is an enormous yet impressive milestone for NeoGames as now its gaming platform can reach to a mass market audience on a nationwide and mobile scale,” read a statement from NeoGames.

“With its J2ME mobile technology and brand new WAP site, NeoGames' global ‘white-label’ and license partners are now able to offer UK players scratchcard games on their mobile devices.”
