Ireland And Austria Re-Open Google Adwords
29 April 2009

Leading affiliate marketing solutions provider Income Access has announced that gaming operators in Ireland and Austria can now use its range of advanced PPC tracking software to help optimise and track the performance of Adwords campaigns.
The announcement from the Montreal-based firm follows news that Google has re-opened Adwords for the two nations following a similar revelation for the UK market late last year.
For operators with an existing license for Ireland and Austria, Google’s decision will allow them to start immediate campaigns in these nations. Income Access stated that it could help operators fast-track the ‘white-listing’ process with Google Adwords while also being able to manage campaigns directly or provide firms with assistance in receiving authorization to start their promotions.
“Seeing two more Adwords jurisdictions open up to online gaming shows how the industry has matured,” said Nicky Senyard, Chief Executive Officer for Income Access.
“These changes in Google’s policy represent a significant opportunity for operators and affiliates to boost their traffic. Through our SEM agency, Income Access offers both parties all the support they need to become ‘white-listed’ in these jurisdictions and deploy Adwords campaigns that are optimised for the iGaming marketplace.”
Income Access stated that affiliates promoting ‘white-listed’ operators in Ireland and Austria can leverage Google Adwords as a traffic source. By using its Affiliate Custom Tracking tools, affiliates can track how certain keywords convert in a referral. Affiliates can also view their PPC reports against the players that come in and discover which types of players are coming through on which keywords and learn about their lifecycle.
Income Access’ PPC tracking tools also allow operators and affiliates marketing to the Austrian and Irish markets the ability to track how well each keyword converts into a referral. These tools will be available to members of its affiliate network as well as to third-parties using its software to power their in-house affiliate programmes.
