Head of Marketing
The position will be to assemble and manage a team that is able to deliver high levels of player acquisition by utilising all online marketing tools and channels. This person will be reporting directly to the managing director and will be a leader and innovator and able to lead the company into future growth.
• Devise and implement sound strategies for player acquisition
• Ensure use of all online marketing channels and utilize new technologies to deliver campaigns
• Work within approved budgets and maximize returns
• Set and measure KPIs for the acquisition team and corresponding online campaigns
• Source online acquisition opportunities using sound commercial principles to influence your decisions.
• Track, monitor and report on the performance and ROI of the acquisition department
The right candidate will possess:
• Extensive knowledge of the online betting and gaming market
• Hands-on experience of a number of online marketing techniques and media
• Significant customer acquisition experience
• Team management experience
• Ability to liaise and influence at board level
• Enthusiasm, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to take projects from start to completion.
