My client is one of the fastest growing business in i-Gaming , due to recent high profile acquisitions and a successful organic growth strategy they are positioning themselves as the coming force in the sector. They are currently looking to add a talented Design professional with i-Gaming experience to make a real impact ion this important role within the business.
 
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities and workload for the design team, including designers, copywriters and information architects/usability resources. Including, but not limited to regular reviews/appraisals and development plans.
  • Maintain and manage online brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with offline marketing teams to ensure brand compliance across online and offline efforts.
  • Work/collaborate with other senior managers within the Betfred organization, specifically maintaining close communication and collaboration with the Head of Front End Development and Head of Content.
  • Develop/execute and/or oversee larger scale promotional marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with product teams to develop innovative and effective promotional campaigns.
  • Mentor/guide junior designers and educate other non-design team resources on design best practices.
  • Ensure website design is in compliance with company and industry guidelines.
  • Stay on top of industry, best in practice design principles, trends and innovations.
 
Experience and Skills
  • Exceptional experience of interactive design and communication principles, delivery systems, processes, and user interface design.
  • Experience in the online sports betting and eGaming sectors.
  • Knowledge of design layout and graphic fundamentals, typography and limitations on the web. 
  • Firm understanding of company brand development and compliance.
  • Confident in leading larger scale initiatives from design concept through completion.
  • Experience with standard industry software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, etc…
  • Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, etc…
  • Ability to make sound, time sensitive evaluate creative/design decisions/judgments.
  • Must have strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to supervise and train team members.
  • Must be organized and ability to prioritize and schedule work assignments.
  • Be passionate, enthusiastic and all around positive in approach to work.
