Our client is a global leader in the online gaming industry and is looking to recruit a Casino Product Manager to head up their existing casino product. The online casino market is forecast to grow rapidly in the next couple of years and this is an opportunity to be central to this growth and to reap the rewards that go with it. Working closely with the Head of Casino and Games your responsibilities will include:
·          Control and management of the Casino websites including updating, optimisation and reporting
·          Work alongside management to develop and execute on Casino strategic plans
·          Project manage new integrations and new games launches
·          Produce regular reports with detailed analytics presented to management.
·          Responsible for achieving all Casino product KPI’s, as well as optimising and reporting on all promotional performance
·          Liaise with Customer Support team to ensure promotional transparency across the business
·          Work with the VIP team to manage and optimise key KPI’s for VIP segments
·          Develop and execute programs for acquiring, reactivating and retaining casino customers
·          Create new innovative product and promotional ideas and recommend enhancements to existing products
·          Manage and develop on relationships across multiple departments within the company
·          Build and manage relationships with Casino 3rd party suppliers
·          Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain market place awareness
 
This is a challenging role and requires an individual with previous online product management experience within the gaming industry, working with a casino product with exposure to marketing, operational and analytical functions. You must be results driven and be able to demonstrate an ability to work to a ROI model from proven marketing campaigns and deliver to deadlines and targets.
