Aristocrat Boosts Customer Service

Casino management systems developer and electronic gaming machines supplier Aristocrat Technologies Europe Limited has announced the appointment of David Daniel as its new Customer Services Manager.

The Uxbridge-based company stated that the newly created post underlines its commitment to enhancing customer service and is among a number of new customer relationship management initiatives it has instigated. The firm said that it is currently also planning a customer survey designed to create new benchmarking figures to help with the ongoing monitoring of service performance levels.

Daniel is a veteran of Great Britain’s Royal Air Force where he served 21 years as an administrator with tours of the Falkland Islands and Kosovo. More recently, Aristocrat stated that he gained valuable customer service management experience with a company based at London Heathrow Airport.
