Amsterdam Affiliate Conference 2009 Set For Success
23 April 2009

Leading industry publisher iGaming Business has announced that it has been taken by surprise with the number of sponsors and exhibitors on board for next week’s Amsterdam Affiliate Conference 2009.
The leading online casino affiliate conference is scheduled to take place from April 30 to May 3 at the Amsterdam Rai convention centre after the a4uexpo Europe event. It was previously known as CAP Euro: Amsterdam until a name change announced in mid-March.
'We always expected the event to be big but after the name change and re-brand we were concerned the Amsterdam Affiliate Conference 2009 might be affected,” said Alex Pratt, lead organiser for the event.
“But it has been the complete opposite with more exhibitors than ever before and a huge number of affiliates already registered to attend.'
CasinoAffiliatePrograms.com (CAP), a leading online marketing resource and community website for Internet casino affiliates, founded the event two years ago along with iGaming Business but decided to take a step back from organising the Dutch spectacular in order to focus on developing its own portal, forum and online assets.
As part of the metamorphosis, iGaming Business has eliminated the requirement to have a CAP Forum membership in order to take advantage of free attendance for the Amsterdam Affiliate Conference 2009. In addition, all affiliate programmes will be charged the same rate to attend and exhibit.
'The reason the event is looking so good is down to a number of fundamental rules we follow with our events,” said Pratt.
“These include: all affiliates go free, quality over quantity with speakers, networking shouldn't end with the expo and just because it's an industry event doesn't mean you can't enjoy yourself.”
On top of networking events, iGaming Business revealed that the Conference would include insights from some of the world’s leading search engine optimisation gurus including Dave Naylor, Jason Duke, Judith Lewis, Marcus Tandler and Bob Rains. In addition, this year’s keynote speaker will be David Irvine, one of the original members of the MIT Blackjack Team. The schedule also includes a dedicated stream on the Forex affiliate market alongside the introduction of the Affiliate Pro Boot Camp.
'Of all our previous events, this is the one I am looking forward to most,” said Pratt.
“Our conference and speakers are the best we have ever had and, with more exhibitors than ever before, the Amsterdam Affiliate Conference 2009 represents incredible value for an affiliate from a knowledge, business and networking point of view.'
