Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire Affiliate Program (across all our different brands)
  • Manage affiliate relations / partnerships, communications, recruitment /acquisition and retention campaigns for all brands
  • Responsible for forecasts, budget & KPI setting for the affiliate business area
  • Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create newgrowth opportunities and increase ROI
  • Liaise with affiliate director/COO, external affiliate networks and agencies to drive affiliate and player acquisition
  • Monitor and analyse results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports (to identify strong and weak areas, and to help underachievers improve)
  • Responsible for weekly reporting
  • Responsible for quarterly presentations for senior management
  • Co-ordination of acquisition marketing and retention strategies for all regions in which we operate
  • Optimize all aspects of the affiliate program through established and new networks
  • Motivate affiliates to provide maximum exposure and revenues
  • Critique and optimize affiliate offerings on an individual and general basis
  • Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in affiliate implementation
  • Aggressively drive sales and program efficiencies
  • Run well-conceived marketing tests to help optimize affiliate sales and retention
  • Track & analyze metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness ofthe program(s)
  • Build a plan for partner- and customer loyalty based on analytics
  • Reactivate old affiliates and also targeted inactive players through specific Affiliate campaigns
 
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English
  • College/University degree is preferable
  • Excellent understanding of the online gaming industry
  • Proven ability to multi-task, deliver exceptional results and motivate/manage others in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Keen sense for building a strong external sales force
  • Strong sales, negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic attitude with strong leadership and implementation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
